2006 Winner, Hotel Des Indes

The jury has unanimously declared Maatschap Des Indes the winner of the FGH Real Estate Award 2006 for the renovation and extension of Hotel Des Indes in The Hague.

With a large majority of the votes, the jury has declared Bouwbedrijf Maas-Jacobs B.V. the winner of the FGH Real Estate Award 2004 for the development of ’t Sas in Breda.

The jury unanimously chose the Hopman Group as the winner for the 'Foreburg' project and was particularly impressed with the social approach taken, which has led to a seamless integration of a multitude of functions.
