The jury unanimously chose the NDU building as the winner. Multi Vastgoed was the developer.

In an exceedingly creative manner, Multi Vastgoed has managed to successfully transform NDU’s schedule of requirements into an enthralling design. Careful attention has been paid to the integration of the project with the wider environment, and the experiential value of the building for the user has been fully taken into account. In the opinion of the jury, this building as a real estate project will certainly retain its value.
