The jury unanimously chose Kantoren Fonds Nederland Management BV as the winner for the Amsterdam Airport World Trade Center.

The jury was particularly impressed with the courage and strategic insight that KFNM had from the outset and also recognised that KFNM, despite great risks, knew how to carefully manage the construction process.
