The jury unanimously chose Amstelland Ontwikkeling Vastgoed as the winner of the FGH Real Estate Award 2002 for the development of the Forum office building.

The jury regards Forum as an ingenious project due to its technical construction and finds that it is uniquely successful in both aesthetic and project economic terms as a result of it being based on a unified vision. To realise such an original real estate project as Forum, a very audacious approach has been necessary. Forum has been transformed into an office building that is characterised by a very open ambience, aided by the innovative design of an ‘atrium’, which acts as a central focus within the building. The development of Forum has resulted in an office building that meets all expectations.
