With a large majority of the votes, the jury has declared Bouwbedrijf Maas-Jacobs B.V. the winner of the FGH Real Estate Award 2004 for the development of ’t Sas in Breda.

With great vision and inspiration, careful attention has been paid to detail and the ‘Torenpassage’ in Breda has been redeveloped to become an ambient city centre location. It marks a genuine contribution to the City of Breda. The redevelopment has greatly improved the attractiveness of the area and, thanks to the integrated approach and the carefully selected mix of businesses, is both surprising and refreshing.

‘t Sas scores high in bold entrepreneurship, daring and courage. What is more, however, and to an even greater extent, the jury feels that this project could serve as a role model for a number of city centre situations.
