This is a special year for FGH Bank because, in 2008, we will present the FGH Real Estate Award for the 10th time to the most distinctive real estate project in the Netherlands. The FGH Real Estate Award is now regarded as an honourable recognition of daring entrepreneurship within the Dutch real estate market. On Monday 10 November 2008, the winner of this 10th edition will be announced during a festive ceremony at the Beatrix Theatre in Utrecht.

Large media attention and a nice prize for the winner
In addition to much publicity and the award ceremony taking place in front of colleagues, the prize consists of a charter and a beautiful bronze statue by Ella van de Ven. This is not a challenge trophy; each winner will receive his or her own unique work of art. Together with the FGH Real Estate Award, a bronze plaque will also be awarded, which can be displayed at the winning project.

Will your real estate project earn a place in the hall of fame?
To be eligible to compete, entries must comply with certain requirements, such as a minimum gross floor area of 5,000 m². Entries must conform to certain criteria, which are all stated in the rules and regulations. Entries will be judged by an independent jury.
